Practice
Her abstract oil paintings center on gestures and improvisation, exploring the depths of abstract expression. For the past year, Ségolène has been developing a series around the Red Forest (in Chernobyl, Ukraine), where the use of an abnormal fluorescent light suggests the presence of radioactivity. Her use of radiant colors explores life, or the absence of it, in the landscape of the forest.
